At 365BC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If the product isn't the right fit or you have received an eligible item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not have any stains, damage, perfume/deodorant marks or signs of wear.
  • The product should be returned in its original condition.

3. Exchange

You can request an exchange for a different size or eligible product, subject to availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund may be offered where applicable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

5. Refunds

Once your returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to size preference or change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.

For products that are incorrect, damaged or defective, 365BC will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

7. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if the product:

  • Has been worn or washed
  • Has been altered
  • Is damaged after delivery due to customer use
  • Is missing original tags or packaging
  • Shows stains, odour or other signs of use
